Developer's Profile
RBV Realty Holdings
Corporation formerly the VFE Land Company, Inc., started as
a construction company in 1995, primarily engaged as a
General Contractor for private home-owners and
multi-national companies. Some companies which used VFE Land
then were: Intel, which has the highest standard of safety
in the world; Montecito Properties ,developed by the Yulo
family in Laguna; and, Bovis Construction Company, a United
Kingdom-based construction management firm with various
projects in Asia.
In 1999, RBV Realty Holdings embarked on a bigger operation
by managing the development of Hacienda Villas Subdivision
in Taal, Batangas. Phase 1 of the project has been completed
and sold out. Pre-selling sales of Phase 2 in November of
2002 ended in a record-breaking 85% selling rate as of
December, 2003. To continue with the master plan, Phase 3 is
now being constructed. Marketing of Phase 3 at
pre-development prices began last October, 2003 and 20% of
the project has already been sold. RBV Realty Holdings has
also expanded its operations in the North this year by
starting on the Alta Mira Subdivision in Bantay, Ilocos Sur,
2 minutes from Vigan City.
The company has grown to about 40 employees today, composed
of architects, engineers, accountants, administration and
marketing professionals. RBV Realty seeks to further acquire
and develop real estate in different areas of the country,
meeting the need for quality projects at a reasonable cost
to the consumer.

The
Theme
Hacienda Villas Subdivision strives to be the new Taal.
Initially, lots are offered for sale. Purchasers are also
encouraged / restricted to adapt house designs which are thematic
in style. Spanish / Mediterranean
house designs are available and can be constructed by the in-house
architectural firm (ARDEC). Buyers also have the option to choose
their own architect and contractor.
By re-routing development and commercial activities to the Hacienda
Villas area, the preservation of historical houses in the poblacion
will be achieved.
Hacienda Villas aims to be the showcase of Taal's rich history
- by creating a "new Taal" to preserve the old.
Tourism is encouraged by maintaining Taal's
poblacion area as a Heritage Village. By offering
an alternative site for future residents of Taal,
the developer and the local government can work hand-in-hand
in restricting the demolition of old houses.
