To
complement the residential community, the Municipal Government
of Taal has promised to develop a commercial area adjacent to
Hacienda Villas Subdivision, near the secondary entrance.
As
an assistance to the local government of Taal
to promote tourism in its poblacion area, the developer
donated land to the
Municipality
of Taal.
Planned projects for this are: a tennis court, Senior Citizen’s
Center, Hall of Justice, Public Library, and a Sports Complex.
To date, the Sports complex, Hall of Justice and Public Library
are in various stages of completion, it’s development dependent
on municipal funds and donations.
