TAAL MUNICIPAL HALL In the Spanish era this stately municipal hall of Taal was the Casa Real, built by Fr. Celestino Mayordomo during 1846 to 1850. This landmark is the seat of local government, headed by the town Mayor. At present, there is a small public library on the ground floor.
